The host of the 1st Celluloidra Revolverrel will be the Kaleidoscope House in Esztergom in August 2024.

Since its establishment, the Kaleidoscope House has become one of the most important cultural centres in Northern Hungary.

It provides a countercultural centre for alternative literature, theatre, film and the fine arts.

In the two-storey pub's cluttered rooms, periodic exhibitions and art events have been organised continuously over the past decade.

The courtyard part of the building has been a permanent venue for concerts, performances, light art events and therapy circles.

The most iconic site of the Kaleidoscope House , the "Cave", once a Turkish torture chamber, has become a popular venue for obscure filmclubs and techno parties in Esztergom.

During the 1st Celluloidra Revolverrel film festival, the sites of the Kaleidoscope House will be divided into different fields of activites.

The courtyard will be the venue for scientific discussions, including conference panels, educational lectures, round tables and artist talks.

The interior of the ground floor of the building will be the venue for creative workshop sessions.

The iconic cave will host the experimental screenings during the event.

Rooms on the second floor, which can accommodate up to twenty people, willbe reserved for the event's participants.

The rooms are only available on a limited basis. Reservations are open for the first twenty applicants.
