We welcome applications for conference lectures, presentations or round table discussions on the below mentioned topics. To apply, please submit an abstract of 200-300 words at info@celluloidrarevolverrel.hu. The topics listed below are primarily indicative, but you can submit with any subject more or less related to these topics.
Historical studies of experimental film
Studies focusing on the genre theory of experimental film
Economic and art policy studies on the institutional system of experimental film
Studies regarding particular experimental film movements, circles, directors and tendencies
Critical analysis of experimental films
Entry terms
1. Abstracts of the submissions will be accepted only if they are submitted in the author's native language and in english. Presentations that have already participated in previous events of Celluloidra Revolverrel are not eligible for entry.
2. The time limits for the presentations are: 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion for conference lectures, maximum 45 minutes including discussion for educational talks, maximum 90 minutes including discussion for round tables.
3. Restriction on the means of the presentations: for conference lectures, scientific sessions in line with academic standards; for educational talks, introductory speeches of a broader non-academic nature; for round tables, more informal and participative discussions with a larger number of participants.
4. The presenter indemnifies the organisers of Celluloidra Revolverrel from all claims, demands, expenses, damages, costs (including legal costs), etc. arising from the presentations or from any third party claims.
5. Presenters are responsible for keeping their presentations totally free of plagiarism.
6. By submitting an abstract, the presenter grants Celluloidra Revolverrel the right to publish his/her abstract and recordings of the performance on its platforms.
7. All presenters will receive certificates of participation on the spot. If the applicant is unable to attend the event, the certificate will be sent by e-mail. The honorarium will be paid by bank transfer immediately after the event.
8. Celluloidra Revolverrel reserves the right to make any necessary changes in terms or scheduling.
9. By submitting an abstract, the applicant accepts the Entry terms of Celluloidra Revolverrel.
